Valitic Beauty (operated by Brand I101 LLC) offers a full refund on products purchased through valiticbeauty.com if you request a return within 60 business days of delivery (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
You can return only closed products.
How to return
- Email support@valiticbeauty.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 5 business days with return instructions.
- Please send your return within 5 days of receiving instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free for subscribe & save as well as regular orders.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Once the return approved, we will refund the applicable sales tax along with the amount refunded for the returned product, as required by applicable law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting us at support@valiticbeauty.com. Orders that have already shipped can be returned under this policy.
Exclusions
Gift cards are not eligible for return.
